One of the reason I stick to AdMob (and very rarely change) is that I fear what other SDKs will put into my apps. Today, I talk about a recent news story about inappropriate ads in apps that got apps removed.

slightly off topic but I'm surprised you didn't mention Unity Ads they are by far the most reliable network for us over 2 years for all metrics. Only downside is you need to invoice them manually... that might not be bad for everyone though

I chose to make a trivia game because i thought it would be a manageable first project that would take 6 months. From this game i came to understand that admob ecpm is so low that i now wonder if it is even possible to make a nongame app proifitable without inapp purchases. I had wanted to make self help and lifestyle apps. I actually dislike gaming, and that is one of the big problems with my much hated trivia game is that i wouldnt want to play it myself or any other trivia game except maybe songpop. I thought anyone who would play candy crush will play anything but it turns out i was wrong yet again. Now, i am worried i cant hope to make lifestyle apps because how could i expect any user will see at best perhaps one interstitial per day? I would need millions of daily users. Then i am trouble because i dislike games and cant even draw graphics. So far, finding info on how to program java and xml is easy. Finding info on how to make money with the finished product has been like wading through a sewer due to all the paid services and scams. Thanks for all the straightforward info!

Once i have used branch.io in one of my android app for deep linking and just after 10-12 days I received mail from google, alerting about having some security issue and I have to remove the sdk immediately.
