We will be covering section 160-163 chapter 12 CrPC covering written notice by police, consequences of not following the notice, oral examination of person, self- incrimination, Article 20(3) , consequences of false statements, consequences of refusing to answer, separate recording of statements by different persons, sign not required on such statements, use of statements of section 161(3), 162 , exceptions of sections 162, Section 163.
