3:29 - I agree. I'd be delighted if my employer is transparent with their processes and would appreciate if they send me an update even if it's a generic one.

Appreciate the video, but really, "Illicit" a response? Immediately after a thorough refresher on the importance of proofreading?

I learned a lot! Will do this maybe 2 or 3 months from today since the status of my application was put on hold.

I've had 2 Interviews in the last 5-6 Day's for 2 different positions on back to back day's. I sent a Thank You Email to both hiring managers. Heard from 1 with a question that we didn't have time to discuss & haven't heard from the 2nd at all after my Thank You. I know both are extremely busy right now too!! Interviewed with 2nd one 5 day's ago with Thank You the next day!
Next Step for me would be to wait a week if I don't hear anything from either than correct??

The employers are not children, they do not need to be reminded, if you were a good fit, they will call because they will be eager to get you started. If they do not contact you, they either employed someone else or they dont want you. I am never worried if a potential employer doesnt get in contact. Always remember its a two-way interview too, you might not like the company for some reason. Sometimes when i got the job and had a day or week into it, i dont like it, i would like to see a tester days to see if both the employer and the employee like it?
