Matt Damon's real tears in The Martian. 😭

If you have seen the movie The Martian, you may remember that Matt Damon's character Mark, who was alone on Mars for about 600 days, started crying when he heard the voice of Commander Lewis who came to his rescue. Matt Damon really cries in that scene. Because all the other scenes in the movie were shot and completed beforehand. In other words, Matt Damon, who spent most of the movie alone, was also alone most of the time. But in that scene where the first voice contact is made, Director Ridley Scott, without informing Damon, decided that the voice of Commander Lewis He wanted Damon to be put inside the astronaut helmet. Hearing the voices of other actors for the first time in a long time and very much in character, Damon actually started crying when he heard this voice unexpectedly. Ridley Scott was so impressed by this performance that he did not reshoot the scene. The tears we see in the movie are Damon's real tears.

Okay we do believe you, matt damon should have been really alone to shoot these scenes he did the camera work all alone. Really did all the other stuffs alone and he didn't kiss his wife in bed after the shoot over everyday. He really was ALL "alone"
