Stable Diffusion Webui API via Python | A factory for ai-generated images running locally

In this video I'll show you how to get Stable Diffusion image generation models running locally - provided you have suitable computer with graphics card. We'll discuss the SD 1.5 parameters, how to make awesome portraits, and how to unleash the API you can call programmatically. I'll wrap things up by doing a bit of Python code to invoke the API and crank up some portrait images from text descriptions, all running locally in my machine.

Granted, this the webui framework and SD 1.5 models are a bit old by now, but there's benefits to this approach too, all kinks are resolved way back, and it's not so resource hungry as the latest gen models. So this is especially suitable if you want something simple, fast, that runs well on older gen hardware like I do.

Let me know if this is an interesting topic, I might be tempted to do more episodes, for example ComfyUI workflows, for something more modern. Also, don't forget to click like if you like this, and subscribe to my channel for more content!
