My explanation with color intensity & gels: flash light is like white paint, the more white paint (flash) per color unit (gel), the more diluted the color 🙂

Michael ... I know you said you were new to gels, and curious about one thing. I find the banding on her neck at 3:19 distracting. Not sure if this was intentional, or not. I love the pose and the color wash.
