QTS Fencing - delivery by helicopter

Working with Scotland's Railway and PDG we used a helicopter to air-drop over 20 tons of material at a hard-to-reach location in the West Highlands to help renew five kilometres of fencing between Craggan and Arrochar.

Delivery by helicopter was identified as the safest way to get the materials to where they needed to be due to the difficult topography of the land around the railway.

Standard wooden post and wire stock fencing will help reduce instances of livestock gaining access to the line and protect the safety and security of both the railway and lineside neighbours.
