The tires are on the publicly owned portion of road. Seems like the public should deal with it.

They get paid a dollar a tire to get rid of them from a local tire changing business if I had to guess.
It’s happened couple diffnt times here n the community I live in in Kentucky

God wouldnt you hate to live anywhere near this crap . I bet that place STINKS . HOW do people live like this . They should have 60 days to get it cleaned up - or be arrested . This is ridiculous . How come no one can do anything about it . Maybe the disabled person cant pick it up, well how did it get there? What was the man in video doing . How come he cant do anything . Whats his excuse . Zero pride .
