At 43, active mobility and strength and control through a full ROM is my priority. It makes us old guys feel young again! 😁

Hey hey hey, Al! I've been searching for a mobility routine, and this might be it! Thank you very much for the post.

Al, it strikes me as weird to see you in the beach instead of somewhere across NYC.
I miss the city that never sleeps in your vids.

Look at that back bridge. And like Al said he's over 40! But did you attain that decades ago? I attained my back bridge this year at age 44.

What is the "magic" of 40 years old?

I got fat, strong (330kg squats, no support, barefoot) for reps and stiff as a board in my 30s, I got sick of the gyms and at 41 I am somewhat leaner, I have no idea if I am strong anymore (10 deadlifts with 100l beer keg counts?) and much mobile and no more pains... Basically I feel as good as at 14 years old plus I don't have to go to school which is a great improvement).
