Great! I do think, if I were to make a bunch of slices, and store them for future use, there would be a few with a slit from the rind to the center. So they could be perched on the edge of a glass, like garnish for an iced tea, or cocktail. I haven't done caning, millafiore, in quite some time. You've inspired me to get back into it! I got here from your video on how to do the salmon 'steaks' with lemon and parsley. I also like how you seem to work in my scale, they look to be 1/16th to 1/19th scale. I often make accessories for the 4" action figures I custom. My specialty was chocolate-covered yellow cake donuts, some broken in half, some with a bite or two out of them. (I even made a long paper box with a cellophane window)
