as a forced adc role this is true most if not all the time, the feeling of dread is always loud and just one bad moment can set your mood all the way down

I think the most ennoying thing is in bot, your lane partner can ruin your entire lane without you having any input. But aside that, having 2 players with different mindsets and level of agression in their playstyle that aren't using discord a lot of miscommunication will happen and that can be the most frustrating thing. It isn't that your budy is playing horrible you just can't get the most out of the situations.

Becoming an adc player in solo q has you go through the 5 stages of grief every week. When you hit acceptance, you just see your support get blitz hooked and think, "Welp its time to 2v2."

The most depressing thing about adc is how long it takes for support players to learn basic shit.
Like, a list of things I notice supports don't do even do sub platinum
1. Sub 2 vision score per minute
2. Late trinket swap
3. No peel
4. Horrible warding
5. No roaming
6. Still standing behind adc
7. Expecting bot lane to always be fighting, even if you lose 2v2
8. Using relic shield on first wave so you lose level 2
9. Using relic to get level 2, and not fighting level 2

Yeah, solo que adc really is depressing. I mean in competitive settings you have a support who knows what his doing and would communicate constantly with you so it isn’t that bad but in solo que it is just depressing. I miss Perkz adc though. Always have a soft spot for good Xyah player.

S11-12 aka "which botlane murders another team first".

I hate that position: you are the sand box everyone can kill, and you depend on your supp too much in early, it's most like a pet for the supp in the first 15 mins than a champion itself

Riot removing Duo Q ruined everything for ADC and Support players

The problem with ADC (and ye ik this might sound like silver hard stuck) is that u depend quite a lot on ur support to play according to the matchup, and in general u depend on ur support to be at least decent. While playing support u can just impact the lane or the strong side of the map that has chances to carry the game. In midlane u depend on urself to get a good laning phase and scale on moving around the map and trying to play with ur jungler. Adc can be a really shitty role because unless other roles from the game, u actually depend on having a good teammate in ur laning phase at least a 50% of dependance

Hard agree with this main ADC and secondary role mid lane. When u are ADC you Need people that peel you even if u are good in your role. Some Games you cant do nothing even if u are feed as fuck if you dont have peel you can ez get killed by any other role in the Game

As an adc who hates other roles you can only have so many 0/7/0 Lux supports at 10 minutes before you either switch to tft or go play valorant lmfao

adc is only fun if you play with support duo Or else, you play alone and even if you win you prob lose your mentality

He took everything for granted. if he stayed on G2, he wouldn’t be such a loser right now.

But how depressing is being 7th with a superteam?

ADC is the easiest role to play...IF you have a team that plays well. It`s not even just support (that`s laning phase only) but having no frontline later in the game makes all the early lead useless and enemy ADC just comes back.

So, id say best roles to play are Mid (most independent, many solo carry champs), Top (same as mid but gets way too ganked and steamrolled if losing) Support (you only really need 1 good team mate and you miiight just win it) Jungle (seems like it should be higher but being jungler when all lanes are stupid and/or losing is just sad) and lastly ADC (aforementioned).

But, if we look on actual impact if team mates are somewhat functional, its Jungle>Mid>Top>Supp>ADC

As a Support main trying to play Top, I've come to believe that feeling completely worthless 90% of the game as a support wasn't worth playing the game. Even when I picked up Shen and Senna - Both M7 over 120k - I still NEVER got anywhere as a support and it broke my heart. I always tried to judge myself rather than teammates, but game after game of the same things...

Really broke me mentally. I get physically ill if I play League for too long so I made the smart choice of quitting.
