Emirates crew here, it’s not just the pilots have these, we also do, on a Ultra Long Range flight (11.5 hours+) you can get up to 5 hours of rest.

for long-haul flights, usually you have a reinforced crew, 3/4 pilots who alternate at the controls, if you fly in 3 for a flight of 14 hours you can have about 4 hours of "rest" each

I’ve seen crew rest area where 12 beds are available for entire deck and cabin crew for long flights

Those are for the flight attendants. Pilots sleep in the cockpit.
