Edit: I was correct! When I said it's going to be used to lure enemies, I meant as in they see the meat, then the go over to the meat to eat it. Yes, they do already go over to arrows to look for where the noise came from, but with the meat, they go over to the meat to eat it, so they're distracted longer.

It does no additional damage, but it makes a wet slapping sound when it hits an enemy.

I think it could work as a lure mechanic. Once it falls to the ground, enemies could notice it and walk towards it, pick it up and be distracted long enough eating it for you to come in with a sneakstrike. I'm just spitballin' here tho.
