I really liked the idea somebody here in Germany proposed called the "Trolldrossel". An AI determines how likely a post is a troll post in percent. To post you need to solve a captcha. Your chance of solving that captcha is the percentage calculated above. That way you need to be determined as a troll to get your post through. Also ENGAGEMENT!

Talking about IP addresses. 1) Most the EU is on dynamic IP (reset your router and bingo that IP has changed). 2) tracing my IP takes you to a office block in Athens Greece but I live on an island. 3) There has been up to 20 different computers using the same IP at any given time.

So who's on the end of that network? and where is it?

I stayed at the robot hotel in japan its honestly a bit pricey and not all that automated. its mostly just the check-in process thats automated. however if you want a fried dinner there is a machine in the lobby that will make it for you on demand.
