6 Tips To Improve Your Body Language

Communication doesn't involve only words, but body language too. Here's a video about 6 Pro Body Language Tips for Better Communication.

1.Decent Eye contact and smile.
2. Nod when needed to affirm to other person.
3. Add a follow-up question over a fact/statement to continue to conversation.
4. Don't cross your arms.
5. Use hand moments over staying still whenever needed.
6. Copy other persons style such as the tone of talking to the speed or language if possible. ( To make the other comfortable)
7. Have your speech rate as per their convenience.( If they don't know your language well go slow. Or if they are in hurry, say it quick. If they take time to understand take it slow. If they like things quick speak it fast.
8. Be assertive over submissive(just say yes to all and speak less making them bearer of conversation for long time, hence uncomfortable )and aggressive ( people unable to have a conversation because of our denial or sticking onto certian beliefs or words )
Being assertive is being kind but also putting fourth your point or need. Unlike submissive where just agreeing or aggressive where just domination.
9. Avoid using phone when conversing.
10. Don't fidget ( adjusting shirt again and again, or with your fingers). It shows our nervousness. Even in a unbalanced power table, learn to hide or control your nervousness first by avoid to fidget or other ways of wierd body coping mechanisms.
