Typically, The word seduction has a negative connotation. But per this explanation, it’s not negative unless there’s a goal of manipulating someone for an untoward objective. To me seduction is getting a person to open up to you, where u connect as human, rather than the automaton’s rote response. If you’re relaxed & you approach others with lightheartedness & ease, often ppl respond positively. Letting go of your ego is not the same as trusting them not to ever hurt you, it's knowing you are strong enough to cope with the pain in case they do betray your trust. I went to bed hungry.
I slept 20 minutes, awake 20 minutes.
Felt more like meditation for 8 hours.
8 hours, man.

•Came to a deeper understanding.

-I haven't jumped on the oppertunity to work on my tone of voice.
One catches more flies with honey.

-I want to be like my uncle who doesnt store anything but his shirts and pants at the foreverhome.
Whenever the two fight he says "take it or leave it" and ditches her for two or three days.

- I can replace women;
I can't regain nor revise my character and so my character values more than a tenuous relationship.

- I can reinvent my self;
but that requires disagreeing with other people and sticking to your guns.


The best thing you can do after an 8 hour meditation session is make a 15 minute video.
I felt vulnerable. It was like the pith of my soul was all that remained after the 8 hour meditation session.

It's really very dangerous to be open. I was too often too open, letting go of my defensiveness but I have been very very hurt and taken advantage off.
