I recently bought two Wraiths, identical other than color. When I field tested them they typically landed within a few feet of each other and were surprisingly consistent.

I think innova is the “least consistent” simply because their molds like the wraith and the destroyer have been in production for so long with so many runs while some molds are much newer.

Surge came the year after Innova opened the 11 speed slot as a direct competitor just like they released the Force a year after the Destroyer and the Nuke a year after the Boss.

Discraft has been trying to copy/compete with Innova from the beginning. They just never were very successful until they signed McBeth and then Covid exponentially grew the number of players.

If the domes are similar then based on the height numbers the Wraith being 1.4 will probably feel better for smaller than average hand size and the Drive being 1.7 in height probably feels better for average to larger than average hand size.

My ESP Scorch is more stable than my Star Wraith. I think I got a wonky Scorch? I still bag it for a headwind.

Kinda weird. Between Surges and Scorches you can match discs with any kind of flippy or beefy Wraith.

I’m guessing that the wraith releases better out of your hand because it’s shallower than the drive.

Not a fan of the plastic regarding grip…I’ll stick to my latitude 64 and Innova star plastic. And too close to other discs we all bag…their late to the show ..
