How to Change a Boat Prop In 10 Minutes

In this video, I install a stainless steel boat prop onto my Mercruiser Alpha One Gen 2 Outdrive. The process is very simple and easy to do. You need very few tools. Its a good idea to remove your prop if the boat will be stored outside as people sometimes like to steal props. The removal procedure is the install procedure in reverse.
