So closley relate to your adhd im 50 and only got diagnosed 11 yrs ago but the releif it held that there was a reason i wasnt like my totally normal do life the right order. ie - get a career, get married, buy a house, have kids etc etc. That there was i reason i couldn't keep organised or that i was time blind. But alao in relation its probably why i spend 70% of my free time watching YouTube shorts because it my attention is so shorts. But love your videos mate, watched all of them most of them several times. Delighted your branching out. Throwing absolute. Positive thoughts your way and wish you safe travel.

I am ADHD and I have a hard time reading through an entire book. I can never do it in one sitting unless it's like some kind of children's book. Anyways traveling being good for the soul I think is an opinion. Sometimes traveling can be great but sometimes a trip can be ruined by anything. Not to mention it's expensive

Hey Ali! I have lived in Korea for 5 years and I’m telling you it’s A MUST VISIT. You will see some of the most modern technology around right now and some amazing street food. It’s not an expensive city either, and the shopping there is extremely unique. By the way I have watched you since you only had 60k subs and I have supported you from the start. Keep it up!

I used to read heaps when I was a kid. But when I got older I just became less and less engaged with books. Now it takes me over a year to read what I would’ve read in a week.

As someone with severe ADHD as well, once you find something you're interested in, hyper fixation kicks in and your brain won't let you not finish what you're doing. Other times it's just humming bird mode.

I can relate. My attention span has gotten worse over the years. I watch longer videos on 1.25 or 1.5 speed. I haven't read a book since college.

well I'm glad that you found something that motivates you. and I really like your blunt opinions on subjects or even the news. I mean sometimes I disagree but I'm not going to shut you down or anything. but I do like to listen to different kinds of opinions you know?

That reminds me, I should continue where I left off in some of my Dungeons & Dragons novels.

The first book I read that I didn't have to was, Steven King's, The Stand. Over 1100 pages, when I can't get to the end of an article in the newspaper if I have to turn the page to finish it.

That's an impressive achievement for an intense level of ADHD
