Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza is a personal development book about re-programming yout brain.

He methodically explain how the brain works in forming your personality and the consequences that has on your reality. He then explains how meditation with proper intention and coherence can affect your brain. Finally he finishes his book by providing practical instructions on how to conduct said meditation as a way to re-wire your brain to create the life you truly desire.

After the review I talk a bit about my journey from when I started Youtube and how things have changed almost two years later. I feel like I've come full circle and reading this book was an important catalyst for me to start working on my mind once again.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy my rambling and my review of Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza.

The biggest discovery to me recently is that I can really control my thoughts now if I get negativity coming back I fight this with affirmation in my head or gratitude and they go away giving more energy to positive and draining negative thoughts. Also, remember that other people's negative opinions can`t do anything to you till you don`t entertain them in your head and focus on your goal and fight your own head instead other people there is a lot of power and your ultimate happiness.

It's 3 years later and I am curious what your long term experience is with reading this book, currently I'm halfway through but I'm doing his 15 minute meditation every morning and I think it is making me do the things in live I really want so I will finish this book soon. Hope your doing great you seem like a nice man, hope to hear from you

I m 30 I was thinking to do post graduation this year but I was also thinking it's too late now
At the Same time I was not sure which book to read of Dr dispenza

Is there a revised issue of this book? I swear I watched a video of him saying that. Unless this is the revised issue. He mentioned that he wrote this book and it basically didn't dawn on him to explain steps on how to do it. Hope that make sense.
