Friend, it's wonderful that you have a video showing people how to do this very important carry. Everyone should know how to do this, as one never knows when they might be called upon to move an injured or unconscious person fast. But...

...In the future, please don't start your video with 22 whole seconds of you just running. 2 seconds is perfectly fine for an establishing shot.

I found your video after looking for a fireman's carry tutorial after seeing that Paris stuff tonight where a few people could have used it (seeing their videos it seems like it would have been much better than dragging them over concrete to safety) and the ending of your video lifted the mood completely. ok i got a weird question... how do you safely put the person back down? ive seen a few of these videos and they all explain how to do the carry but never explain how to safely put em back down...
