Today marked my first day of the 75 hard challenge, which was founded by Andy Frisella. After going through a rough episode in my life I thought something like the 75 hard challenge could get me back on track. Watch as I take you through a day in the life of the challenge and what the challenge consists of for a whole 75 days.
How I plan to change my life 75 hard EDITION
If you've never heard of the 75 Hard Challenge it is one of the toughest fitness challenges around! For the 75 days you have to abide by the following rules.
📍📍📍📍📍📍📍RULES :
1. TWO 45 min works daily ( one of which has to be outside ) 🏋️♀️🥾
2. A diet of your choice ( no cheat meals,no alcohol 🍎
3. A gallon of water 💦
4. 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily 📚
5. Take a daily progress photo 📲
EVERYDAY 📝
IF YOU MISS ANYTHING BY THE SMALLEST AMOUNT, YOU MUST START OVER AT DAY ONE! I decided to try the 75 Hard Challenge AGAIN after failing about 5 time last year. This time I will be documenting my whole journey here on my YouTube Channel and on my other social platforms. I hope that I inspire someone else that has been struggling like myself. My goal is to feel better and to really take my healthy to a better place, This time I WILL ACHIEVE THIS GOAL .

STARTING BODY FAT : 39.5 OBESITY
VISCERAL FAT : 14 HIGH
BMI : 31.6 OBESITY
METABOLIC AGE : 52 OLDER - body age is an indicator to assess physical condition 📍📍📍📍📍📍 i am currently 45 years young
For the last 4-5 years I have lost few pounds, gained a good amount of pounds but the truth is that MY BODY FAT & VISCERAL IS SO HIGH. CHEERS TO NEW BEGINNINGS ..
