Yeah worth $1Billion, but the Nijisanji, one of Anycolor subsidiary management was so bad that Graduated talent call the company as "Prison", but business is Business. They only care about profit not the human resources itself

The wording of this short is most likely written this way to get comments (aka like right now), but you are misinterpreting and misinformed on what a vtuber is. They aren’t “fake” and only some are truly AI (for example, Nuero-Sama and you can tell based on the voice, ie. a robotic sound/tone). There are people (human people) who are behind these characters and play as them or just use them to be faceless content creators. And companies like Anycolor or Cover do pay their talents (although not enough in Anycolor’s case) and genuinely some of the talents do leave for better salaries in some cases.

The way that you’re misconstruing the term v-tuber for mainstream view-ship is (in my opinion) quite misleading and not helpful for anyone. Be more informed about this topic to gain a better understanding of the vtuber industry than what you have right now. You were close to understanding what a vtuber is, but fall short with saying or implying they are all AI. They are people and just content creators using characters (usually in the japanese anime style) as way to be faceless.
