Personally I like how the battery on the back of the BOBOVR head straps acts as a counterweight to the headset which kind of enhances my gaming experience by not letting the headset fall as much.

Pff battery, my Oculus Rift S is light as hell without all these annoying tech shenanigans. Prefer a wired one over a wireless one because of the weight. And that with tha straps is actually a really good idea since the ruber band thing sure is annoying.
