CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) is a critical skill to know. When someones heart stops beating, the brain will start dying within minutes. If chest compressions are not immediately initiated, the person will have a very poor outcome. Knowing how to do basic CPR is simple. There are a lot of things that we could go over but at a minimum...do chest compression.

Steps for most basic version:
-Check to see if the victim is breathing normally
-Have someone dial 911
-Get and use an AED if one is available
-Begin compressions immediately
-Continue until the ambulance arrives

Learn CPR. Hopefully, you never need that skill. But what would happen if you needed it and didn't know it?
