Tribute To Madwire's First 250 People

When Madwire® started it was just my Dad and I in this tiny little office that barely fit 2 people. We were only about a month in when we realized we needed to bring on another teammate in order to keep up...and that was Hunter. With Hunter’s help and the high quality work he produced, we quickly needed to expand to a slightly larger office...and add Pam, Jerry, Kyle, Erin and Dave, to the team in order to keep up with the growing needs of our growing client base. And it was their excellent talents that allowed us to expand even further, and welcome David, Joe, Terry, Erin, Steve, Jeremiah, Brian, Matt, Maria and Brad to the team. And the awesome skills of those people, allowed us to make Luke, Jeremy, Kevin, Emily, Matt, Farra, Scott, Andrew, Dominick, Jonathan, Mac, Eric, Krystin and Ethan a part of the team. And from that core group of people, we created such high demand it propelled us to build a new building, and grow to Chris, Perry, Terry, Caylon, Josh, Peggy, Samson, Carina, Seth, Devin, Zach, Rachel, Dave, Andrea, Travis, Steven, Bradley, Jeff, Alyssa, and Joel. And the hard work of those first 50 people made it possible to add the next 50 people. Which consisted of such great leaders as Nikki, Matt, Brandon, Jon, Andrew, Jenny, Bobby, Meghan, Sarah, Amanda, Hannah, Austin and more. Among many other amazingly talented people. And it was the efforts of that initial team of 100 strong that drove us to add the next 50 talented people, followed by the next building, followed by the next 50 passionate people, followed by the next 50 dedicated people, and 6 years later... we’re now 250 strong, working on the next building and growing faster than ever.

We’re asked all the time, how are you growing so fast? What’s your secret? Well, you could say it’s our great technology, like Marketing 360, which we’re committed, to making the best small business marketing platform in the world. There’s literally nothing else like it. And the new version soon to release will set the foundation of the future from design to marketing to crm. Or you could say it’s our strategic setup of our marketing teams... where small groups of designers, project managers, content creators, ad specialists and marketing executives supporting the same client base, are seated near each-other, so they can most easily communicate, collaborate and innovate, in order to drive client success. In fact, you could point your finger at a hundred different reasons as to why we’re successful but the most important reason of all, is our people.

The people that create our powerful technology, make up our talented teams and shape our unique culture. From the newest team member to the most seasoned we’re all on the same page with who we are and what our mission is, to provide the best digital marketing platform and professional marketing services in the world for small business. Is it easy? No. But our people believe in hard work, focus and dedication. Is it a moving target? Yes. But our people understand that. They know that in order to achieve and maintain our mission we’ll need to continually grow, innovate and evolve. Is there competition? Of course! But we’ll put our tribe up against anybody. Catch us if you can. So much talent in one place. So blessed. Whenever we need more talent somebody shows up our door wanting to join our team. Is it by accident? Doubtful. Everyone is here for a reason. And among an infinite number of things they could be doing in life our people chose to be here. So Grateful. We believe there’s no greater radius of positive impact can be made on this world then doing what we’re doing. Helping small businesses reach their goals and achieve their dreams. Because by doing that we put food on people's tables, create jobs, grow economies, fund charities and make the world a better place. It’s our duty to be great at what we do. It’s our duty to grow. To give more people the opportunity to join our team. For our people, what they do isn’t a job, it’s their calling. It’s what they love to do. It’s what they are born to do. And it’s why they are great at what they do. And that is the key to our success. Marketing and Design. We call it mad. We love mad.
