sir how do we know in a circuit whether its shorted or not?

to all who dont get this
it is a concept of short circuit kindly watch 2 to 3 min video i will give little idea but it will be clear if u watch video
u can see that both resistor are conceted to a point with help of wire with no resistance so current will follow that path and whole circuit will be short circuted
and the remaining 2 resistances in series will add up
