I find it funny how some people get angry at the thought of another person making a living. I love Vitamix and can not help but sing its praises. I believe in buying the best product you can afford - a quality product that aids you in whatever task you're trying to perform. A Vitamix is just that and some people even believe *I* work for Vitamix. Your videos are invaluable and help show the versatility of Vitamix.

Doesn’t vacuum helps preserve antioxidants, vitamin c and etc? Cuz when you blend, you kinda blend in lots of air as well, so you get that foaminess of a smoothie. Also, did you know that air is the strongest barrier not allowing oils to mix with water? So basically with vacuum blending you can, say, make a vinaigrette with oil and vinegar totally mixed up - and it will keep this way! I just think it’s really cool and has lots of creative potential. I really wish they add vacuum blending

Is it better to make nut butters in the vitamix food processor or actual vitamix container?

Cloudy container: I have a vitamix container that I use just for nut butters. It’s not scratched up or cloudy yet, but when it gets like that does it mean tiny pieces of glass/plastic is getting in the food? Is it actually scratching off micro pieces of the container into the food? Just curious.
