You are a lifesaver. I have a student that needs help tutoring in polynomial division and every site I went to didn't give clear and concise directions and explanations.

Thank you so much Michel!! You explained the one thing that FINALLY cleared this up for me: ''Since the divisor has two terms, we take two terms at a time in the numerator.'' You are the only one online (from the multiple sources I'm using to learn algebra/trig/pre-calculus - without anyone I can ask) that answered this and many, many other questions. It's these tiny details that make all the difference in math.
