A Morning in Bjelovar, Croatia

During our Croatia road trip my girlfriend and I spent the night in Bjelovar. It wasn't planned but it turned out that Bjelovar, Croatia is a lovely place to visit!

It's a very small town and since we were staying nearby we decided to explore Bjelovar in the morning before continuing on with our trip.

Bjelovar is the capital city of the region with a population of 40,000 people. Walking around on a summer morning the town felt much smaller and it was a rather quiet and peaceful place to visit.

There is a small old town area in the center of town and a few other buildings and churches to check out. After grabbing breakfast and exploring for an hour we decided to continue on with our trip.

Bjelovar is a great place to visit and I hope to return in the future to spend some more time exploring the town!
