"Persecution has never hurt the church ... only prosperity."
~ Paul Washer

"You mark my words, and it won’t be long when persecution begins in this country, and it strips everything from you, and most of the evangelical church goes totally apostate, and little groups are left to be berated, THEN you will see that Christ is enough."
~ Paul Washer

There are Christian that is 'Christian'. They are prim, proper, good and obedient. They are saved but are conservative and they sustain the body of Christ and upholds good christian testimony.

But there the disciples. They wrestle to pr oclaim the Gospel of Christ. It will cost them everything but the gospel of Christ will reign supreme on the Earth. They are hated, despised, misunderstood but surely you will admire the works of Christ if you fully understand them.

I am proud to be discipled by a great discipler. I have nothing but with Chirst,

WHISPER MY NAME

I long for you more
Than words can show
Whisper my name
I'll know where to go

My heart and soul
Longs for your touch
Whisper my name
The pain is too much

I think about you
Every night and day
Whisper my name
I'll hear what you say

My heart still belongs
In your loving embrace
Whisper my name
'Till we meet face-to-face

Matthew 10:Christ Brings Division 34 “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. 35 For I have come to ‘set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law’; 36 and ‘a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.’ 37 He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. 38 And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. 39 He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.

Matthew 12:Jesus’ Mother and Brothers Send for Him 46 While Jesus was still talking to the multitudes, behold, His mother and brothers stood outside, seeking to speak with Him. 47 Then one said to Him, “Look, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside, seeking to speak with You.”48 But Jesus answered and said to the one who told Him, “Who is My mother and who are My brothers?” 49 And He stretched out His hand toward His disciples and said, “Here are My mother and My brothers! 50 For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.”

1 John 3:The Imperative of Love 13 Do not marvel, my brethren, if the world hates you. 14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love [c]his brother abides in death. 15 Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.
The Outworking of Love
16 By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 17 But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? 18 My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. 19 And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him. 20 For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. 21 Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. 22 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. 23 And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment.

It's not that people will have "loved their own lives more than they loved Him", it will be the revealing of the Truth that they never truly loved Him at all. Jesus does not warn of "the cost", even the most ignorant adult would choose potential hardship and even pain for 80 odd years if it was in exchange for an eternity in 'paradise'. Jesus advises that in the process of calculating "the cost" we will UNDERSTAND "the cost" and therefore not short change ourselves in respect of the non-negotiable Faith the Father requires.

This was truly one of the great men of God. He was a good man. He was a man who preached the word correctly. I know about the different dispensations and that's all personal between people and how much they put on upon it. It doesn't really matter to me I'm just going to be with Christ someday and that's all I care about. But if you have your whole life invested in a Religion. It certainly can get a little messy. I've always looked at religion as nothing from God. God didn't create religion he created a being that's capable of faith. Religions are great if they teach The Bible and stick solely to the word of God do not add or subtract. Even though John McArthur and R c's pro didn't have the same viewpoint as far as I kno. They both Even though John McArthur and R c's pro didn't have the same viewpoint as far as I
Know. They both Love the Lord deeply with all of their heart and they were a shining example to the flock. John still alive I believe but he stopped preaching. I still love to listen to his old sermons .
They're good forever.
