Two sisters reunite on the anniversary of the death of their father.

Their uncle has remodelled their family home, in an attempt at a fresh start. But one sister’s sudden reappearance threatens to shatter this fragile idyll as she demands justice for the pain she carries.

Alexander Zeldin directs Emma D’Arcy (House of the Dragon), Alison Oliver (Saltburn), Tobias Menzies (The Crown) and Nina Sosanya (Love Actually), in this new play, with music by Yannis Philippakis (Foals).

The Other Place plays in the Lyttleton Theatre from 27 September.

massive massive props to Emma for continuing with the show tonight after a terrible fall on the stage steps. The whole audience was in awe of their dedication and I hope they are resting up after that...incredible performance from the whole cast and especially from Emma, I was gripping the edge of my seat! I had the pleasure of seeing this play last night. All the actors were sensational, Emma was incredible. It was a difficult watch at times, but definitely worth going to see for anyone who gets the chance.
I’ve already booked to go again in a couple of weeks!

A bit confusing to name the play this since Sharr White wrote a rather successful play also called "The Other Place" that went to Broadway in 2013.
