How to Add Error Coloring to Mecrisp-Stellaris Forth

Colors make errors much easier to observe while uploading, especially with very fast Baud rates.

Whilst experienced Forthers probably don't need this, I believe error message color coding is of benefit to beginners who initially don't know all the subtitles of Forth and need all they help they can get while debugging. I know it would have saved me a lot of time.
