I’m keeping mine pretty much stock. I have probably more than 50 RCs in the hobby room and got this for a worry free fun basher. Threw in metal servo gears I already had, proline masher 2.8s (65g lighter each wheel n tire than stock), re set the pinion mesh it was binding w stock plastic piece, and put in some bright green leds on the chassis pointed up at the green body. I’m a trucker and heck don’t need to worry as much about breaking out over and it’s still quick enough to jump and wheelie. I got fast cars and slow cars already. Sometimes ya just need a Pede to bash around.

Great video, with all the money spent on those mods, an upgraded steering servo would go a long way to help with the "Death Wobble" the 2075 servo has a lot of slop in it Also no metal wheel hubs?

Good video. Saving it for when my son starts to want something faster. Have you had an issues with roll back in the stock BL-2S. Seems to be a lot of lag and rollback between forward and reverse on his BL-2S rustler.

I bet all those parts are almost the cost of a new Stampede VXL. 😬

Those wobbles are probably because the TSM is turned up. TSM is really bad for speed runs. Turn it down or off and it should stop those.

Lol long and one of the most annoying to reach on some without a ball end.

Why mainly Traxxas cars? They aren’t the best and really overpriced. I have one left. The Maxx v2. Barely used. Getting ready to sell it. I’ll be down to two cars both Arrma. 4s Kraton v2.5 and Mojave 4s. From there I’ll be building a Tekno MT 410 v2 kit. Tekno is a far better quality kit than Traxxas. Arrma as well. The Kraton 4s handles much better than the Maxx.
