The problem with these mods is that they remove the fog effects, make everything looks like glass and that oversaturated colours look annoying.

The popping in is either caused by messed up LODs (level of detail) or by an overflow on your graphics card. Pretty sure its the first one from what I see at 2:34

I literally just got this on the xbox because I missed literally everything about it, like everything is just better haha but if I had a PC I would love this mod

You should play a couple missions with this mod. Show the gunplay, ragdoll physics, etc.

Lock on 30 fps with 720p on RTX 4090, i9-14900K and M.2 NVMe maybe help this game go without starters, but there is no guarantee for modded version 1.0.7.0 after downgrade, especially if you use winter mods with car paks, because engine really don't like global mods.
