Our dog, Maverick, turned 15 in March. He started having problems going up and down the stairs. He doesn't like to be picked up, so we needed another way he could get up and down. So, I started a little DIY project to help Maverick get up and down the stairs.

i had that type of carpet, dog never wanted to use it, added a plushier loop type carpet and the dog was up and down the bed all day long

Love the ramp. How did you decide how long and wide to make it? I need to go over one step coming out off the house steping down to the patio.

Along the length of a board like that you can glue them together. As long as edges are straight and smooth you only need glue. No straps, screws, biscuits, etc needed

Can it be folded? I need a taller one our bed is high off the ground, but would like it to fold
