TOTAL SERVINGS: 4
INGREDIENTS
12oz dry spaghetti
Water (for boiling spaghetti)
2 tsp salt
For pork + red sauce
Leftover pulled pork or grilled and chopped pork
2 cups BBQ sauce
1 cup pasta sauce
For Brisket + Green Sauce
Leftover brisket point, cubed
1 jar pesto sauce
Chimichurri sauce (optional alternative to pesto)
1 cup chopped parsely
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
5 cloves garlic finely minced
1 tsp kosher salt
For Chicken + White Sauce
Grilled, smoked, and chopped chicken breast
1 Jar alfredo sauce
THE COOK (30 minutes)
-Reheat and prepare your leftover BBQ meat of choice (pulled or chopped pork, brisket or chicken)
-Boil pasta in salted water until soft (10-15 minutes)
For red sauce: Add pasta sauce and BBQ sauce to pot and heat until simmering. Alternatively you can skip the BBQ sauce for a more traditional spaghetti flavo.r
For the green sauce: If using pesto, simply heat it in a pot until warm. For chimichurri, combine all ingredients above and mix together well.
For white sauce: Gently heat alfredo sauce on stove until warm.
Take your desired sauce and mix it with the spaghetti and your choice of BBQ meat, serve and enjoy.
