Changes Only HCM Extract creation and It's usage in Oracle Fusion HCM

This video demonstrates how to create Changes Only HCM Extract and how does it work in Fusion HCM with a live example.
And also I've created xml file output and showed you the results in All attributes/ Full Mode, as well as Changed attribute mode.

thanks for the information, how can we apply the change only for a particular attribute for example, we only require data for those gender is changed, eventhough other attribute are changed expect gender we need not to get those details in the output

We can see the results in payroll checklist work area, but while we are going through view extract processes we are unable to view the results, but the extract was processed successfully with green tick mark. Can you please let me know on how to view the results in VIEW EXTRACT RESULTS action.
