The C1 is the one I am working for in 4.0 it going to be my daily driver. I looked at the zeus but I feel the loss of two guns under the pilots control is to much to as for.. I am a solo I generally peaceful play, I will fight at the drop of a hat if I have too. but I prefer chill game play as I am 67 years old and retired in the Philippines on a small pension. So the only thing I can do is game as that what I have been doing most of my life. love your videos young man..

C1 Spirit is beautiful ship, but I enjoy my Zeus Mk II CL right now. I like the smaller size of it and the strong shields. The Zeus sacrifices some firepower compared to the Spirit and the Cutlass, but the increased survivability feels good.
I spent lots of hours stacking boxes in a Reclaimer some patches ago, so weirdly the cargo grid of the Zeus was not that much trouble for me.
I also often use the ladder and sometimes the airlock of the Zeus, they add convenience.

But visually speaking, both Zeus and Spirit are stunning ships.

I love the flight characteristics of the C1. I've flown other comparable ships like the Freelancer, Cutlass and the Zeus, but I like how the C1 flies. The movement is very precise without any drifting on harsh inputs.

Love your videos Infinite! C1 was my first ship after the titan. I've melted it to fly the Zeus (ES&CL) and Cutty in the past, but I always come back and it is still my go to daily driver. It just hits right!

I love this ship due to its big Mass Effect Normandy vibes. I would spend any amount of money if CIG would really lean into that with a new ship. Given the Normandy isn’t a terribly large ship they could absolutely make something closer in resemblance that would fit the crusader style. Perhaps a “C3” designation and about similar in size to a Polaris. Go with an internal layout more similar to the SR2 with. Oh yeah, it’s all coming together.

You forgot one of its main advantages in my opinion; most mid-level hauling missions will give you cargo in 8scu crates and the C1 will happily carry 8 of them, 12 if you go off grid. Ships that are supposedly 'bigger' will often struggle with 8scu crates eg the Freelancer will only carry 4 so it's 66scu capacity is reduced to 32scu.

C1 is an awesome daily driver. I prefer the cutty black as I often have a friend with me and the the turret on the cutty black makes all the difference. However solo the C1 is a stronger fighter.

I recently started playing, and decided to subscribe. Last month, this was the subscription ship for my level. I enjoyed it very much. It is also gorgeous.
I'm torn between it and a Zeus, which I got to try out during the free-fly. Not because the Zeus is a better performer, but because the Zeus has an actual bunk room and galley.*
(Frankly, I find the Zeus to be a little harder to load, because of that lower ceiling.)

* If I didn't care about the interiors, I'd be playing Elite:Dangerous, instead.

I like C1, this ship is great alternative for cutlass series. I'm still using Cutty Red the most, Cutty Red is in my opinion the best friend of any solo mercenary.

The exterior of the ship is beautiful.
But the interior is basically just a corridor with doors. And it also takes less than 50% of the 3d model. If they split it into proper rooms and add cockpit ladder, it would be much better.

C1 is one of the best ships in SC. Not too big, not to smal, copilot seat, tractor beam, lot of space, nice and practical interior. You're much more agile than The Starlancer Max or similar. Fast in, fast out. I would say the C1 is under top 5 ships in Verse.
