I'm just now getting into higher end guitars, and man, this really has me tempted. I'm not a big strat guy, but with a floyd rose, d-tuna, that 12-16" compound radius(Huge plus for me), a Modern-C shape, and that hot ass pup, it's really making me tempted.

Very light guitar, just the way I like em. Love my black relic since I’ve set it up. Need better setups from factory, playability sucks from the EVH Mexico factory. Be aware. Once properly setup, stand back! 👌

I thought that it would of been a good idea to instead of offering these 3 colors! To offer 2 guitars! Since it is about heritage to the frankenstrat ! Offer 2 guitars that what the frankenstrat was before what it was to come ! In its actual form! A swamp ash body / unpainted with a black pick guard! I believe he played it like that in its earliest form! The 2nd would be black because I believe he tried to replicate claptons ( blackie with a white pick guard! If my memory serves correct ! I believe that was the phase it went in with the historical Frankenstein path that it became! I just kinda thought that would be more appealing to a historical and maybe a merchandise sales! How about a non relic non striped strat style EVH. Just take the Bumblebee or VH1 and remove the stripes…..I’d buy that…..if anybody at EVH is reading this, how ‘bout it??
