Bar Termini gets its name from Rome’s Termini Station. This cozy Italian stop starts each morning as a coffee shop then transforms into a cocktail bar. The prints on the wall are available for sale, as are their bottled Negroni mixes. They have six styles so far.

How could you not love a place where the server tells you to pretend the water is vodka?

It was an unusually sunny, spring afternoon in London, so I went with the suggested aperol spritz.
