This should be taught to kids in school - a lot of people are taught financial literacy by their parents and it’s very useful in the real world

soooo...why does the older girl get to spend so much on clothes every month? honestly, that's an unbelievable amount of money.

$600./mo on clothing for 4 people? Really? My budget would be $150.

£600 on clothes for the oldest EVERY MONTH! But the little one cant get a £200 bed? Tell me you have a favourite without telling me you have a favourite!☠️🤦‍♀️

Why would one need to buy clothes every month? Why? What do you do with the clothes you already own? Throw them in the trash instead of washing them?

I haven't seen every episode, yet, but she is the first one I have seen who actually did well

Those parents need to go and buy her the bed. The can afford it. They just choose to spend it on the older daughter. Elanore is so sweet. She saved for the bed out of the family budget but chose to give it back.. Mum and older sister plan the next shopping trip. Unfair, I really hate seeing one kid get so unfairly treated.

I enjoyed this. Just finished seeing it on TV (Da Vinci kids).

This family is such a cheerful family and I hope Eleanor grows to be a great financial mogul

What is this? I cut 1 acre of grass every week and clean dishes and help my work and don't get a penny that 1st girl needs to get out

I think they should give the kids the gross and then take avay the taxes. That would be a real surprise. Was for me when I started working, at least. 30-40 % gone.

I had to google what a fortnight means. That is not a term we use in the United States.

I've been watching all these episodes and it's interesting how low their allowances are. My parents would transfer 150-200 every fortnight into my account when I was a kid (13 up) until highschool and that's not including me just asking for money..then there's my friend who was given her parents black card to use freely 🙃😂 interesting how different families function regarding money.
