“When I moved to Delhi, I was diagnosed with lupus. While it’s a condition that affects the body, for me, the first signs showed up on my face. My skin was cracked, and bleeding—so much so that no amount of makeup could hide the pain I felt inside.
It was my first year of marriage, and I struggled to step out of the house, let alone go to work. My confidence hit rock bottom. I went from doctor to doctor, hoping for answers, but no one seemed to have a lasting solution.
That’s when I discovered face yoga. It wasn’t just about surface-level healing—it transformed the way I connected with my body. Now, I’ve made it my mission to challenge the multi-million dollar beauty industry and show people that true skin health starts from within.”
Vibhuti Arora, an internationally recognized face yoga expert has spent over 15 years revolutionizing the way we view skincare. From battling Lupus to helping thousands unlock radiant, youthful skin, her journey has been life-changing. Having worked with celebrities like Alia Bhatt and Malaika Arora, she’s become a trusted voice in the beauty world, known for her ability to create lasting transformations.
Vibhuti takes us through the science-backed methods of face yoga, revealing how just a few minutes a day can take 5 years off your face. From targeting wrinkles and fine lines to getting fuller lips, Vibhuti breaks down easy, at-home exercises. But it’s not just about looking good—it’s also about how face yoga helps align your mind, body, and soul, contributing to overall wellness.
In this episode, learn why retinol isn’t the miracle ingredient everyone claims it is- a skincare reality check! Vibhuti shares some of the best superfoods and supplements that can completely revamp your skincare routine while also explaining how the location of your acne can reveal much deeper health issues. If you’re serious about transforming your skin and embracing a holistic approach to beauty, this episode is for you.

Retinol is an ingredient that has years of approved research on it by the FDA.

if anyone is pregnant and board certified dermatologist don’t recommend it to them

I’m sure the guest here isn’t a board certified dermatologist.

Retinol does not cause skin cancer please dont spread rubbish :/ pregnant and breastfeeding mothers are advised to exercise caution but the only side effects for others are skin peeling and excessive dryness. You should be well informed before using retinol. It has amazing beenfits also. Dont spread crap

I have oily skin and I have been using retinol cream 0.1% for 2 years personally speaking I haven't encountered any side effects. And, it made my skin good. I don't care if it stops aging or not because we cannot stop aging whatever we use. But I am using it for the present Age of my skin and it really did wonders for me.

Belief is a term used for something that has room for ambiguity and doesn't have any scientific basis. Science is not a matter of faith. Respectfully putting it out there.

Yes, Revivyl™ (often referred to as Revinage in some formulations) is considered a plant-based alternative to retinol. Revinage is often marketed as a gentler option for those with sensitive skin or individuals looking for a vegan or natural substitute for retinol.
This is google statement, She is actually right.

As someone who has studied biochemistry well, it's known that retinol (Vitamin-A) has actually anti-cancer properties, so quiet the opposite. It's actually a tool to prevent certain type of skin cancers like those Non Melanoma skin cancers (NMSCS). Don't know if she is an expert/dermatologist or what? From where has she gathered this notion & spreading that it causes cancer lol

She just wants her brand to be sold. People look down when they lie.. she is a liar... Retinol has absolutely saved my skin.. you just have to start with very small percentage like 0.1% and see if you don't have any side effects.. this lady absolute sham😂

Many Decades ago my dermatologist recommended retinol to remove pimple scars just dots over the pimple scars at night, not beyond that
