Unfortunately the visual isn't realistic.

Black holes distort the area around them so that you can see what's behind them.

White holes would repel light and distort things off to the side.

Actually, this is a common misconception. White holes are the mathematical inverse of black holes but they don't shoot things out, in fact they function exactly like black holes except for the fact that, in black holes, after entering the event horizon, no matter what direction you go, you will end up at the singularity. With white holes though, after entering the event horizon, no matter what direction you go, you can never reach the singularity. All this is theoretical though.
