i'm absolutely *obsessed* with the vocals of this song. the way it is sung - the multiple voices, the almost apathetic tone combined with sad vocal melody, the mumbled words, the like an ancient greek chorus. it's i don't even need to understand the lyrics to exactly know what this song is about.
also, for some reason the entire song reminds me a bit of the smiths?? idk
