My favourite feature would have to be the Dual Cooking function which allows you to steam and roast at different temperatures, in two different chambers, at the same time. Read that again. it's insane! I never thought I'd see the day where this could ever be possible in a household kitchen oven.

I pumped out this maple roasted pumpkin and Mediterranean steamed snapper with ease. The Samsung smart oven makes home cooking easier than ever and produces top notch results. Recipe below.

🙌 Maple roasted pumpkin, green tahini 🙌

¼ Jap pumpkin

2tbs maple syrup

½ tbs salt flakes

Green tahini

½ bunch parsley

½ bunch coriander

1 ½ tbs tahini

1tsp ground coriander

1tbs apple cider vinegar

1 garlic clove

2 tbs water

2 tsp salt flakes

1 tsb cracked black pepper

Serve with pomegranate seeds and toasted almonds.

Pre heat the oven to 175’c. Cut your pumpkin into wedges, toss through the maple syrup and season with salt flakes. Place on a tray and roast for 45 minutes or until the pumpkin is cooked through.

For the green tahini, simply blend everything together until smooth.

🤤 Mediterranean steamed snapper 🤤

2 x 200g pieces of snapper

6 slices of lemon

Sauce

125g extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely sliced

200g cherry tomatoes

4 anchovy fillets, roughly chopped

10 kalamata olives, pitted and halved

10 baby capers

¼ cup parsley leaves, finely chopped

5 oregano sprigs, leaves removed

Juice of half a lemon

2 tsp salt flakes

2 tsp cracked black pepper

Pre heat the steaming function to 160’c. Remove the steaming chamber from the oven, lightly rub the base with a touch of olive oil and lay out three sliced of lemon. Place the two pieces of fish onto of the lemon, season with salt flakes and place the lid back on the steaming chamber. Transfer the chamber back into the oven and steam the for 8 minutes.
