Circle Cutting Jig For Router, No Hole Needed!

A circle cutting jig is a must have in any shop. This design is great in that it does not need a hole in the piece of wood you are cutting out to create the circle. It also allows you to fine tune the size of the circle needed in case you need to sneak up on a cut.

Very nice! For the handle you should make it so you can chuck it up in your drill for the times you want it to be quicker to change between small and large 👍

That is an awesome jig. If you haven't seen Christofix channel, he makes some unreal jigs that are amazing and your jig stands up to his jigs for sure!

Very nice video, I like it and if I need one I will make your design. I have one suggestion, could you make another adjusting handle and use that one as a guide roller but closer to the router so the outer one stays up and not hit all the edges, just a though, thanks.

Very neat. I normally cut my circles on my table saw which allows be to knock one out rather quickly and I only have one tool, the saw. Might just have to make yours since I have a thing for shop jigs. Thanks for showing us.
