*readies flame shield for angry Metroid fanboys* I'm going to be honest here. I'm honestly looking forward to this game. Now was this what I was expecting for a new Metroid game? Not really. But at the same time, it still looks like it's going to be a great game. It still maintains the classical Metroid Prime gameplay for the most part and I love how Nintendo is implementing more multiplayer co-op into their games as of late. I find it funny how alot of people criticize Nintendo for "rehashing" the same games over and over, yet they complain when they actually try something new and experiment with other ideas and IPs. Now yes, I'd love to see another main Metroid game with Samus as the protagonist again just like before, but I'm still going to say that this game does look like it's going to be fun.

And for you guys complaining that they just slapped the Metroid title on it to sell, you guys obviously haven't heard of the word: spin-off.

Cmon guys, LET GO OF YOUR HATE! This isnt the Metroid Prime game we were expecting, but it still looks like it could be a ton of FUN! And isnt that what video games are about at the end of the day, FUN. This game is a spin off made by a completely different team than the one that made the Prime games. It isnt preventing Metroid Prime from happening like some of you butthurt "fans" are screaming. LIGHTEN UP

This game would've actually been well received if it wasn't for them slapping on metroid prime title on it. Still gonna buy this game though, I loved metroid prime hunters so as long as the gmaeplays like it then count me in!

People don't realize that this is just a little something until the realetroid game comes out. I understand the fact that it has the "metroid" name on it, but this does not look bad at all. People are too picky these days.

This game actually looks really good, I just hope there are lots of ways to customize your soldier, at least in single player. It just would be cool if you could use samus's grapple, or a sword from the space pirates, let alone a mech like from Blast Ball.
