The performance captures one special night on November 21, 2020 when Steve Lukather, Joseph Williams and David Paich appeared with the new line-up of TOTO for a global event originating from Los Angeles, CA. Joining Lukather, Williams and Paich for this next chapter in their indelible history are new band members bassist John Pierce (Huey Lewis and The News), drummer Robert “Sput” Searight (Ghost-Note / Snarky Puppy), and keyboardist / background vocalist Steve Maggiora (Robert Jon & The Wreck). Keyboardist Dominique “Xavier” Taplin (Prince, Ghost-Note) and multi-instrumentalist / vocalist Warren Ham (Ringo Starr) segued over continuing their tenure in the ensemble. This marks the fifteenth incarnation of the TOTO line-up in consideration of band members or sidemen who joined or exited.

As a life long Toto fan, this is one of my top 10 songs by them. This version is really great, but I still think I like the original video better - it was super creative, and just really has that 80's vibe, along with Paula of course. Seen the guys 5 times in concert over the years, always a great show. I suppose things always change, but glad these guys are still playing!

DEEP CUTS! YES! No Porcaro's in the band. There was a time when there were 3 Porcaro's in the band. We all know the events that unfolded. Steve P is still around! Joe P was my teacher for a year. got to hang with Emil and Joe P on some of his gigs in studio city. Band sounds amazing as usual. Luke has kept the band alive and well going through all the BS he has been through!!! J Williams sounds amazing! His tone and singing voice is like no other. Saw these guys play in Greensburg, PA. Lukather, Paich, Porcaro, Williams. Already thought they were great...gained a whole new respect, especially for Luke. My God, what a force on guitar. Joseph...spot on...how, after all this time?
Where did this go? What happened to music...the ability to play, I mean really play. No auto tune. No gimmick. They floored me. If you have the opportunity, see them. Top 8 best concerts ever and I've seen Yes, Dan, DMB, Rush, Joe Jackson, Zappa, Ray. Place them in that list, eh.
