I’ve had to stop using castor oil. What I thought was a normal irritation to putting something different on my skin, just got worse with continued use. What started as a healthy glow turned into what looked and felt like sunburn.

You will have to distinguish:
- External use of castor oil:
The most important problem of the external use of castor oil will be the poison jam in the liver, for by applying castor oil externally, especially in the form of castor oil packs, you will be able to mobilize the toxins in the human body but you are not able to excrete these ones efficiently, this in contrast to take castor oil orally. Further a study in the Turkey has shown that castor oil packs are unsuitable to relieve a constipation, this too in contrast to the swallowing of castor oil. So, the optimal manner to cleanse not only the intestines but the liver too will be to swallow regularly 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Internal use of castor oil:
In no case castor oil taken orally will be aggressive or dangerous, but your gall bladder should be intact without any gall stones and you are not allowed to take anti-histamines. Exclusively the poisons liberated in the liver by swallowing castor oil will cause some troubles: For people being free from all toxins moving the bowels by taking castor oil will be harmless and short lasting while for all people contaminated with poisons this one will be harmful and long lasting. Further you will remark allergic reactions in the anal region, but these ones are due to the toxins liberated in the liver by taking castor oil and not to castor oil itself.
Further you should know upon the difference between "castor oil for external use" and "castor oil for internal use":
- "Castor oil for external use" is cold pressed of the seeds of the plant Ricinus L. (Euphorbiaceae).
- "Castor oil for internal use" is additionally treated with steam in order to eliminate the last traces of the extremely toxic poison ricine.

Maintenant que tout le monde parle d’un vieux remèdes ils veulent mettre en garde. Pour moi il n’y a que très peux d’effet secondaire. C’est une huile que j’utilise en externe et interne depuis l’enfance.
